We set up our largest ever layout for Monkton Park Primary School T-Trak Club at the school's Christmas Fair. We had a space of about 4.2m x 4.2m, so we did our best to fill it using 21 single modules with four corners, two end caps, a junction, a reverse loop and all four of our signal modules.
Similar to previous shows, we gave the opportunity for children to drive three trains with increasing difficulty: first Thomas the Tank Engine round a circuit of track, then a class 153 passenger unit to stop accurately at Drayton Green station before driving our favourite steam loco, 5029 "Nunney Castle" with sound and inertia (brake-on-F2).
