The Monkton Park Primary School T-Trak Club layout appeared alongside the Network Rail community safety stand at the Swindon Railway Festival 2023.
Di Tape has posted a video of our layout on YouTube.
This show was the first outing for our new Double Cross module, and the first time we've had five signal modules in the same layout. New signal control logic was programmed in JMRI to show the appropriate signal aspects and set routes automatically as the trains approached the flat crossing when the crossing was clear.

It was a privilege to display our layout at STEAM, in the former Swindon Works of the Great Western Railway. To mark the centenary of the GWR Castle Class locomotives, which were built at Swindon, we ran a model of 5029 Nunney Castle all day on the Sunday of the event.
On Sunday, we were visited by Hiroshi Kato, president of Kato, who joined our other visitors to drive a train on our layout using his mobile phone (WebThrottle - a great feature of JMRI). Mr Kato was making a flying visit to Swindon between his appearances at The International N Gauge Show in Warwickshire.
