Layout
This year, we have designed the layout to be operations on yellow, and "tail chasing" on red. Operations will include 2 (or 3) different jobs: Local, Mine and Yard. [the yard job might just be 'hand of god' :-) ]
We are using "Simplifed Wheel Reports" again due to the (well) simplicity of it all :-) … easy for new-comers to understand, impossible to 'mess up', and very friendly to time schedules (both short time to complete, but also easy enough to stop or pause in the middle of things without issue)
