Description: I worked out a “weave” of 45-degree corner modules with 248mm spacers is 45mm short of the length of four straight single modules. Fortunately, Kato has a 45.5mm track piece in one of the short track selection packs and I could draw a 44mm straight extension of my Reedham Curve easily in CAD.
The module has the owner’s name and the club name printed on the front.
This micro-module is a 3D-printed extension of the profile of the Reedham Curve module. It is a pretty solid block that hangs between the adjacent modules on the Unijoiners.
I really like these old-style “stencil” cut-out speed restriction signs. This one is the former N Brass Locos kit bought from Plus Daughters. The idea is you can place the micro-module to tell drivers to run at scale 25mph round the adjacent curve modules, and drivers leaving the curve can accelerate to scale 50mph. Maybe I should have used “100” for “100% on the throttle”!
Four 45-degree corners, two 248mm viaduct sections, and the all-important 45mm spacer (at the far end) form a weave across the table in the same length as four single straight modules. As long as the run of modules on the other side are 210mm wide, it should fit perfectly.
