Description:This is a T-Trak HO Double Module depicting daily operations at Sawyer's Bandsaw Mill. Log trucks arrive at the mill on the left, the logs offloaded by a loader then placed either on the storage pile or on the debarking machine before entering the mill. In the detailed interior the logs are debarked, then pass thru the bandsaw before moving to the edger and planers. A forklift would then move the finished lumber to the exterior storage buildings. Eventually the lumber will be loaded upon an 18 wheel tractor trailer and shipped to a receiving lumber yard. The sawdust is evacuated from the building into a waiting covered delivery truck and shipped to a paper mill. The module has 12 volt lighting on the exterior and interior. Static grass surrounds the tracks and buildings.
