BW-Cornered House

Description: The Cornered House module was inspired by a photo (shown below) of a house sitting so close to a railroad spur that the corner of the house's porch had to be cut off for clearance. The picture raises a puzzling question: Which came first… the house or the spur? If the house was built prior to the railroad spur, why did the owner allow the railroad to cut through their property and compromise their front porch. If the spur was built first, why were the home builders allowed to build so close to the tracks when they could have built further back on the property? Sort of a chicken and egg question. What do you think?
