Hurricane End Cap

Description: This end cap module has a flat grassy area intended to be a temporary airfield in France, May 1940, home to a pair of 73sqn RAF Hurricane fighters. The aircraft are Zvezda kits. The module is a standard construction wooden box made from 11mm oriented strand board (OSB) with Celotex insulation board hills covered in green paper towel & PVA "glueshell". There are power drops to both tracks, brought out to RCA sockets on one side of the module.

This is a club member's module, built at home, so is not often displayed.
