Once the new club page is saved be sure to set its parent document to the correct state, province, or territory page.
Use the buttons to create the Event, Members, and Module home page for the new club. Once they are created edit this page again and remove everything down to the club location information.
Use the same club acronym for each new page (example: MyClub Events, MyClub Members, MyClub Modules)
