Typical Method - Quarter Inch Material
The following plans are for a single module and a 180o degree corner (end cap) module. The #60 holes referenced in the drawings are pilot holes for nails that are glued in place. The plans specify Luan but 1/4" plywood or MDF could be used. Since the creation of the plans the builder has switched his preference to MDF. This method typically requires power tools, such as a table saw, to accurately cut the necessary pieces from larger stock.
